If you are looking for Lake Tahoe View Rentals, this house is brand new with all the first class amenities including spa and steam shower.  This vacation rental has a 3 night minimum rental and does accept pets.

Holiday Rates:

• Effective Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years require a 1 week minimum stay.
• Presidents Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day require a 3 day minimum stay.

OCCUPANCY TAX: 10% Occupancy Tax is Charged in addition to the Advertised Rental amount.

PETS WELCOME: $50 flat fee per rental

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

• Check in time is 4PM - late check in reqs. prior arrangement
• Check out time is 10AM for weekly rentals, 12 NOON for shorter stays.
• Late checkout must be pre-arranged. $50 charge may apply

Q: Can I have a party here?
A: Yes. Birthday parties and even weddings have been held here. Please keep it within reason and respect the neighbors, and there shouldn't be a problem.

Q: Parking
A: The garage and driveway can hold up to 4 cars.  Winter parking regulations can be impacted by snow plowing needs. Please follow all local laws.

Q: How is the garbage handled?
A: There is a trash compactor in the kitchen.
All garbage is placed on the left side of the house next to the garage.
• Grey Can is for regular garbage only.
• Blue Can is for RECYCLING only.

Q: Where is the circuit breaker box?
A: To the right of the computer by the inside door to the garage.

Q: Where are the fire extinguishers?
A: To the right of the computer by the breaker box and in the master bathroom.
Please do not use candles.

Q: Emergency Lights
A: No Candles please – cupboard above microwave has 3 lanterns and batteries.
